Important Questions & Answers to Help with Installation How to straighten it? There are three ways to straighten or shape the curtain track to your needs. You can use a hairdryer, soak it in hot water for an hour, or put something heavy on it for 24-48 hours before shaping it. What’s in the package? The curtain track comes with all accessories including rollers, ceiling mount brackets, wall mount brackets, screws, anchors, end stops, and hooks.

Is it tricky to install? Yes, it can be a bit tricky to work with, so please be patient during the installation process.

Can the track be cut or combined? Yes, you can easily cut the track to size. Combining tracks may require using a saw to ensure a proper connection. We recommend purchasing a longer track length to avoid combining multiple tracks.

Dimensions? The track dimensions are width 11mm and height 24mm. Ceiling brackets are 20mm wide, 40mm long, and 7mm high. Rollers are 18mm wide and 30mm high. The distance from the roller ring to the top of the rail track is 43mm (1.69 inches).

What's the weight limit? The weight limit is 6lbs per meter.

Can adhesive tape be used instead? While adhesive tape may work for lightweight sheer curtains, we do not recommend using it instead of brackets for the curtain track.
